For Android user

➡ Block calls

1. Open Phone app

2. Press More Call History

3. Press call you wish to block

4. Press Block/Report spam

➡ Block unknown calls

1. Open Phone app

2. Press "More"

3. Press Setting and Block numbers

4. Enable Block calls from unknown numbers

This method will block calls from private numbers or anonymous calls. You will still recieve calls from numbers that are not saved in Contacts.

➡ Block messages

1. Open app 

2. From main screen, press and hold the conversation you wish to block

3. Press Block Block

➡ Block unknown LINE

1. Open LINE app

2. Go to "Friend lists"

3. Find an unknown person to block

4. Press and hold at the list and select "Block"

For iPhone user

➡ Block calls

1. Open Phone app Go to Recent and press  at the number you wish to block

2. Slide down and press Block this Caller

➡ Block messages

1. Open Messages appOpen the message you wish to block 

2. Press name at the top of conversation

3. Press Info  Slide down and press Block this Caller

1. Open LINE app

2. Go to "Friend lists"

3. Find an unknown person to block

4. Swipe from left to right and select "Block"

➡ Block Facetime

1. Open FaceTime app

2. Press Info icon  at the list or email

3. Slide down and select "Block this caller"
