เงื่อนไขเกี่ยวกับสัญญา
➡ เซ็นสัญญาการใช้งานในระบบรายเดือนต่อเนื่องนาน 12 เดือน
➡ ไม่สามารถยกเลิกเบอร์ / ย้ายค่าย / เปลี่ยนเจ้าของ / เปลี่ยนเป็นเบอร์เติมเงิน หากต้องการดำเนินการ จะต้องชำระคืนส่วนลดค่าเครื่องโทรศัพท์หรือค่าปรับให้กับ AIS
➡ สำหรับหมายเลขที่ติดสัญญาซื้อเครื่องมาก่อน (สัญญายังไม่สิ้นสุด) และต้องการรับสิทธิ์ซื้อเครื่องในโครงการนี้ด้วย สัญญาจะนับ "ต่อเนื่อง" จากสัญญาเดิมที่มีอยู่ก่อน ⬆ ดูรูปแบบการติดสัญญาต่อเนื่องที่ภาพด้านบน ⬆

เงื่อนไขสำคัญ
➡ สำหรับลูกค้า AIS รายเดือนเดิม กรณีมีค่าบริการรายเดือนค้างชำระเกินกำหนด แนะนำชำระยอดค้างก่อน จึงจะสามารถรับสิทธิ์ได้
➡ สามารถเปลี่ยนแพ็กเกจหลักขึ้น-ลงได้ แต่ต้องไม่ต่ำกว่าแพ็กเกจที่รับสิทธิ์ครั้งแรก
➡ หากปัจจุบันลูกค้าไม่มีเลขหมายในระบบ AIS (ทั้งระบบเติมเงิน และรายเดือน) ทาง AIS ขอความร่วมมือจากลูกค้าในการยินยอมให้ตรวจสอบข้อมูลประวัติการชำระค่าสินค้า หรือค่าบริการจากผู้ให้บริการดีแทค และ ทรู โดยเป็นจากความร่วมมือของเครือข่ายมือถือทั้ง AIS DTAC และ TRUE เพื่อนำเสนอสิทธิ์ประโยชน์ในการซื้อเครื่องและ Package ให้แก่ลูกค้า โดยจะพิจารณาจากข้อมูลการชำระค่าบริการ

การชำระเงิน
เงินสด / บัตรเดบิต / บัตรเครดิต (เต็มจำนวน | ผ่อนชำระ 0% สามารถสอบถามได้ที่ตามช่องทางที่รับสิทธิ์อีกครั้ง)

➡ Package for using Internet with new device
➡ Get discount on main monthly package for 12 months
➡ Special for customer in this campaign, get serenade segment when subscribing to package starting from 899 baht

Terms and conditions of contract
➡ Sign a contract to use postpaid number for 12 months
➡ Cannot cancel number / port out / change owner / convert to prepaid number. If doing so, customer shall be fined as the value amount of device discount.
➡ If the number have already signed in other device campaign (contract is not over) and customer would like to purchase device in this campaign, this Hot Deal contract will start after previous contract expires. ⬆ See calculation at the above infographic ⬆

Important terms and conditions
➡ In case of having outstanding balance, customer must make payment before purchasing device in this campaign.
➡ After subscribing to campaign package, customer can change package to higher-lower price but must not be lower than the first package.
➡ If you do not have number in AIS network (both Prepaid and Postpaid number), AIS will ask you to allow checking payment history of goods or services from DTAC and TRUE by the coorporation of all mobile networks to offer privileges of handset promotion and package to you by considering payment information.
