Job Description

• Dealing with foreign customers via the telephone
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Handling customer enquiries and solving problems
• Concerning company services and products
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any fields
• Good command of spoken and written English
• At least 550 TOEIC scores
• Service-minded and customer-oriented Workflow Process & Algorithm
• Interested in mobile technology
• Able to work in shift
